Discount & Returns Policy
The Artist's Edition offers the following discounts off list price for bulk orders:

Orders for more than one book must either be pre-paid, or credit can be applied for. Normal terms are 30 days from date of invoice. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all overdue balances.
Shipping is charged in addition to the relevant discounted list prices.
We accept returns subject to the following conditions:
- Books damaged in transit are not the responsibility of the publisher. Please make claim to the carrier.
- Notice of shortage or non-receipt must be made within 15 days of invoice date for domestic orders, 60 days for overseas orders.
- Returns are accepted between 90 days and one year of invoice date (but can be longer if the edition is still in print).
- Books should be returned to their source - if ordered from a wholesaler or distributor please return to them.
- Returns must be accompanied by your packing slip listing quantity, title, author, original invoice number and invoice date. In this case you will be credited with 100% of invoice value less shipping. If no information is included it will be assumed that the original discount was 60%.
- Returns should be addressed to 'RETURNS' at the publisher's address.
- Returns will only be accepted if they are in resaleable condition. Packages damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging will be refused.
